Guest guest
Hi penny, My name is , I have fibro and arthritis, I'm 41 and on disability. My pain is so bsevere that I spend 80% of my life in bed. I've Haas fibro since I was 27, and worked 10 hrs a day in terrrible pain. It took aabout 8 yrs to find a good Dr but I have had one and he is wonderful. Pain relief is tricky, in that the more narcotics they give someone with fibro the worse the fibro gets. The opiates actually block your brain from the ability to release natural endorphines. Ie our brains percieve pain at an higher level. Still you can't walk around suffering. Do you trust your dr? Could you perhaps find someone more comfortable with treating fibro? Good luck to you. Hugs > > Penny wrote: > I have had fibromyalgia for the past 17 years along with depression.
