Guest guest
At one point in my life I hired several firms, and individuals to clean. At the time I was working 3 jobs and had NO time. So they were hired to clean weekly and then deep clean once a month. As it seems, they start out strong, and then I guess when they feel comfortable, they become sloppy. I had made a list and then before handing over cash for jobs either done or not done would verbally review their jobs. Those that did not comply were dismissed and those that did were kept. Eventually it took me longer to keep checking up on them and was no longer worth my time nor money. I just had to learn to live with a home that was not as nice as I wanted it, but you can only do so much, right? I guess the only thing you can hope for is that you find someone who is consistent and good.
