Guest guest
Probably a symptom of dehydration and essential mineral imbalance. Water and the minerals in the correct amounts that a human body needs supplemented daily. My husband is diabetic and this has happened to him a few times. Her husband helped massage them and work them out. Fingers all swisted around.
Guest guest
There's a homeopathic product called Mag-Phos that is good for emergency cramping like this. You put a few pills under your tongue and let them dissolve. Any health food store usually has them. Also a drink powder called Emergen-C is available at most stores helps with it. It called a potassium shift and it's common in diabetics but also happens with some other drugs. Advair makes me have horrible cramps.. Your potassium levels change suddenly and cause cramping. Hand cramping can be neurological also and early signs of Parkinson's and other diseases so I think people need to be checked to be sure : ) Bennie
