Guest guest
Actually, I do like aquatic therapy. However, my HMO does not have such a facility and they will only refer me to a public pool where I have to pay for it. I do a series of gentle stretching each day that usually helps. I know I would be a huge mess if I didn't do it. My biggest stress now is the thought of giving up my job. I'm just not sure I can make it financially without it. Added to everything I learned yesterday that I have patella femoral pain syndrome and my glucose level is high. Diabetes anyone? This is depressing because it seems to me this is how my Grandmother's health problems began. And got much worse as time went on.
Guest guest
I have RSD that started in my left arm following a broken elbow a year and a half ago. It has since spread to my neck, back, right arm. I also am a diabetic with an insulin pump. My PM docs refuse to use steroids due to the diabetes. My left shoulder is impinged and they are unable to determine if my pain is due to the RSD or complications from the diabetes. Either way, the pain is at times unbearable. I have had nerve blocks without steroids and they didn't help. I have just been started on MS Contin. Not sure if it is helping or not yet. Good luck and I hope you find relief. in PA > wrote: > Added to everything I learned yesterday that I have patella femoral pain syndrome and my glucose level is high. Diabetes anyone?
