ART Doctor Misleading of PLWHA in Siliguri

Dear group

This is an important message regarding Dr. Nakapuria.

He is a doctor in ART centre in North Bengal Medical College. And he

also runs a nursing home in siliguri. It has been found that he

motivates the patient in ART centre to get admitted in his clinic,

where he charges a whole lot of money.

He does this by scaring the PLWHA and their family about the disease.

I had heard of him quite many times but had never met him, but

recently when i visited him (as one of myknown person was admitted in

his clinic) I did not introduced myself as a social worker, working

among PLWHA, and pretended as if i dont know anythng about HIV.

I was SHOCKED the way he tried to scare me about the virus, he also

commented about the poor qualtiy of ARV being provided by the govt.

I recorded all his statement in my mobile. This may not be a

sufficient evidence against that doctor but i am just waiting how

long he can cheat people.

I am sharing this to the group, to alert you all, if this kind of ACT

going on at YOUR PLACES also.

Please help me fight against this doctor
