Questions on Bloodwork - TPA; TSH w/reflex FT4 (??)

Hi!

My Endo did a Thyroid Peroxidase Antibodies test prior to TT - is

this the same as the TgAB test that is written about on ThyCa site

(article by carole Spencer)?

Also - it does not appear that my Endo did not do a base line TG test

prior to the TT - I now know that that is not a good thing but what

is the % of endos who di so this test pre TT and should this alert me

to possible problems with my future care with this endo?

He did do a TSH w/reflex to FT4 - I am assuming that this is a TSH

test as I do not know what " w/reflex to FT4 means " - does anybody

know aht that means?

Anyway - the two tests above were the only ones he did - what am I

missing and what does it portend for my future with this doctor?
