Hi Everyone,

This weekend we attended a child's fair for children birth to five years.

It was great fun! The best part was watching other parents react to

's DBB's. Here are a few comments made to us as we walked around the

booths:

One new dad asked me if the bar was a new aide that you purchased to

assist parents in changing their babies pants. He saw me changing 's

pants and thought it was neat the way both legs stayed together. He thought

it made diaper changing a much easier job.

Another couple of a new born asked me if they were missing a part to

their infant car seat. They thought the bar on the DBB's was some sort of

safety devise they were missing.

An older couple (someone's grandparents) saw the DBB's and couldn't

believe what the world was coming to. In their day their kids didn't even

wear shoes this young let alone the crazy stuff we're wearing now.

My all time favorite comment was the lady who asked me if the DBB's were

some sort of shoe that allows infants to stand up before they were six months

old.

Another Mom of a four month old told me that the only reason my son was

rolling over so much was because of the " training " bar I had him wearing.

Her son didn't roll over because she wasn't going to " push " her son. She was

going to let him do things when he was ready.

I did have a few parents who simply asked why my son had on " those "

shoes. They all laughed when I told them come back.... He's in

training to be a professional snow boarder....

I thought that you all might enjoy hearing some of the comments. The

most interesting factor in all of this is that most of these comments were

made by dads of newborns or grandfathers.

has been in his DBB's four weeks now. When he first put them on I

couldn't believe how much they consumed our lives. I am relieved to be

joining many of you in that they are a small part of our day. I am now apart

of the crowd who can put them on my son by myself and probably in the dark if

I had to. :0)
