Guest guest
Dear Malisa, Tegaserod(zelnorm) is available in Canada as well as the US. My GI seems to feel it wouldn't help me but people on the gastroparesis web site have tried it. Most find it helps with lower bowel motility (is. constipation) but some have reported that it helps with their stomaches as well. Have you tried the drug domperidone for the gastroparesis. It is available in Canada but not approved yet (for some peculiar reason) in the US. If you go on the gastroparesis site it explains how you can optain it from Canada or the US. Some people get propulsid(cisapride) on a special release program from Jenson and it is excellent for gp- thought has a risk of cardiac side effects that must be regularly screened for. Certainly not good if you already have a cardiac arrhythmia Take care, Celia
