, Does your pharmabcy carry " Leg Cramps'' I asked the pharmacist

and he told me about " Leg Cramps, " to treat the cramping legs and everywhere

else. It works great too!

Moderator Note: I just checked amazon.com and they sell it under the Hyland

brand.

No, all pharmacies were supposed to have pulled them off the shelves. " Leg

Cramps " is what I had purchased prior to that, but as the Moderator notes below,

you can purchase online. In fact, Hyland is one of the brands I purchased (and

at Amazon). Bought 3 bottles at once, several brands, in case they decided to

pull off the market entirely.

I take a Magnesium Citrate 400 mg tablet daily, then supplement with MgCitrate

and potassium if sweating from activity. Then when I used to be able to do more

physical activity, took the Leg Cramps afterwards (e.g. hiking; can not longer

tolerate). Always have Leg Cramps with me when traveling, just in case!!

Cramp helper. Besides, I'm the one that posted the note about the product being

available on Amazon.com:-) Lyndi

There are several Hyland ® brand supplements, but please do not confuse them

with me (my last name, which appears in my emails to the group, is Hyland). I am

not affiliated with the makers of the brand or their products - just

coincidentally happen to have the same last name, with the same spelling.

Just FYI. Thanks,
