Guest guest
Anyone ever experienced this and may have some idea what is wrong; Over last 6 months with increasing frequency I have had " Charley horse " spasms in the thigh of my left leg. Only the left with no symptoms in the right or below the knees. It usually happens at night and a few times when just sitting. The last 3 days I have had frequent periods of time when it feels like the muscles are going to knot up but don't. I get a dull pain where the muscles are tight (inner upper thigh just below groin area) the pain has started to radiate down and around to the back of my thigh just above the knee. I have no history of leg injury. I have arthritis in my neck, shoulder and upper back. I saw the chiropractor yesterday and mentioned it to him. He sorta blew it off to minor dehydration problem. ?????? I drink a lot of water during the day and the heat has been normal here. If anyone has any ideas I been happy to hear them. I do not know if I should be concerned or maybe just something minor. I have been neglecting by yoga stretching so I wonder if that may be part of the problem. Hope you all are having a manageable day. Gentle hugs to all, Tami
