Here's a site called " Martha's Web. " She has detailed information, with

screen shots, for how to trim your posts.

One of the etiquette rules in this group is to trim your replies.

Unfortunately, only a handful of our members trim those email. The

replies from most of you are cleaned up by the moderators.

Please read Martha's directions and thoughts on this subject. She

explains the why and how very well.

Please don't use the " I'm in too much pain to do that " excuse. Your

moderators all live with chronic pain too.
