Hi ,

I just wanted to let you know that I had the same thing happen to me

last year when my son was born. I have a bicorniate uterus and he

was stuck so to speak on my right side also. Yes, it was very

uncomfortable. I went into preterm labor at 29 weeks. I was in the

hospital for 2 weeks on MAG to stop contractractions than home on

bedrest for 7 weeks. I also had plecenta previa or low lying. My

bleeding caused the contractions and the contractions caused the

bleeding. It was a vicious cycle. When they finally sent me home,I

was on Nifedime every 4 hours for contractions. I am also a member of

SIDELINES and a councilor for them. They were great during my

pregnancy.

I finally gave birth at 35.5 weeks to a 6lb 4 oz baby. Pretty big

for a preemie. I needed a c section because he was breach on the

right side and because of the previa.

So what I am trying to say is listen to your drs, stay on bedrest and

you will be fine. I will have the same problem again when we

(hopefully) conceive, so I have already resigned my fate.

Please feel free to email me at home or call anytime and I will try

to help you through this hard time. My email is Penni318I@....

If you want to talk via phone, email me and I will give you my number.

Best of luck,

penni
