Guest guest
Lori, I suggest you get a new doctor ASAP. This sounds absolutely serious, and systemic, and as progressive as it is being, it could be life-threatening. It does NOT sound like " stress or fibro " to me and I think that perhaps your doctors think you are making it up, as sad as that would be. I do not believe you are making it up, I believe that you are really having these symptoms. And I am terrified for you. I care about everyone on this list, including you, and I do not want something bad to happen to you as a result of this. PLEASE get a new doctor ASAP!!! e.h. > Lori wrote: > Using heat, ice, massage. Guest guest
I don't believe this is fibromyalgia related at all. I think you need another doctor to take a look at you. Question is, just where to go? Have you had a thyroid panel done lately? Something simple to do. It sounds like a connective tissue illness to me. Is your spine in good shape? Have you had an mri done of your cervical and thoracic spine? Nerves can cause all kinds of pains and affect the muscles and skin. I hope you get a diagnosis quickly. I wouldn't waste time with your doctor if he's not willing to rule out all causes. Fibromyalgia isn't the cause.
