If so, where? What is it called? Lori, Here are some things I found and you can see if it helps by typing them in and seeing if they apply to you. http://www.vba.va.gov/bln/21/benefits/exams/index.htm FUNCTIONAL PAIN ASSESSMENT: How is the patient disabled from everyday work & life? The Oswestry Disability Index (2) and the Roland- Disability Questionnaire (22) are hands-down the most commonly used and recommended outcome measure tools used for assessing the disabling effects of lumbar spinal disorders. (28,34,53) The Stanford Score is an attempt to combine the level of the patients functional disability and subjective disability. It's a good idea but has really never caught on; however, I really like this scale and maybe can give it a 'push' into the lime light. http://www.chirogeek.com/001_Oswestry-Disability-level.htm is a GREAT website for evaluations When I type in fibromylagia functional testing and assessment this comes a lot: Residual Functional Capacity Assessment for Fibromyalgia is needed so you might read through the research and see if it applies to you. I was evaluated on what I could do at work and home. Bennie
