I get really bad neck and back pain due to a car accident that gave me whiplash

on top of fibromyalgia. I got rear-ended. This happened last month and it really

increased my pain level.

I have 4 different syndromes including RSD that each

cause pain. On top of those I have arthritis, gout, and bone spurs. Then I have

Diabetes type 2 that has caused a paralyzed tummy condition.High blood pressure

and very serious migraines also effect my neck and back pain.

It gets so bad at

times I have to lay down in the dark with hot wash clothes on my forehead with

no sounds and a bucket beside me for when I vomit.

I also use a rice sock with

lavender. I have also put different herbs in my rice socks that help you feel

peaceful.

Gentle hugs,

Ms.Katurah

Well, granted, I don't go out very often.just when necessary. Doctors

appointments, groceries, the occasional trip to the park to train my

handicap assistance dog in training. BUT, I can ALWAYS put on extra layers to

get warm.but it's not legal to take off enough to get cool, LOL.

I'm not SURE why the cold doesn't hurt me as much as the heat, but it

doesn't. Of course, any CHANGE (even from hot to cool) makes me hurt.

Good afternoon all,

I'm one of the latter people, I love the cold weather because I can't feel

the neck pain while I'm outside. I wish I cold bring the outside inside but

my landlady would have a conniption if I did that. lol.
