Guest guest
please look up www.rsds.org.Sound like you might have RSD from the dishes falling on your feet. Can get rsd from a thing like that happening. It is very painful and most can't put any weight at all on their feet. I have it in one foot. You need to find a doctor that knows about RSD. Not a lot of doctors know what it is. Ask before you go if the doctor treats RSD. PLEASE look up American RSD hope website too.You will find the help you need on both these sites. I will post tomorrow a group that all have RSD and you can talk with them one to one. They are on Facebook i cant remember the name but will look it up for you and post it.I have had for 6 years so i know what you are going through. They didn't seem to bother me much at first except for some bruising. I finished doing some housework and then we had company for about 4 days which I know I overdid BUT. >I did go and get X-rays, nothing is broken or cracked, just showed some " erosion " from the arthritis. I finally had to go to the hospital, was there for several days and was sent home with more pain pills, which I really need now, and instructions on exercise and an antibiotic. They said there might be some infection in my feet. >My feet are still swollen most of the time and really hurt, I still can't walk at all, I can barely transfer to and from my bed. I have been standing, stretching, and massaging when I can, I have some cream that is supposed to ease the pain when rubbed on but it doesn't seem to help. Guest guest
I can hear your pain in your posting. I agree with the suggestion about a specialist. I can suggest that you check out this website; butyoudon'tlooksick.com It is a great site for chronic illnesses. I know I have seen posting from others with a similar problem. There is a category on chronic pain that might provide more information. I hope you get some relief soon. I can only stand for a couple of minutes at a time and that takes a lot out of me. , Listen to them, it takes me THREE weeks to get back where I felt where I was and I happen to have a swollen right foot now. I steamed cleaned a 2,000 bottom part of my house, the upholstery, poop pick up and the big no no, lifted a push around air conditioner. I am so sorry you are hurting but follow the directions of your Doctor. Mine was the 29th on my birthday. Spasms and pulled muscles especially with what you have hurts just as much if not more than a break. I like the Tiger Balm shoulder cream, it seems to help me. Take care please and let us know how you are getting along. Ask your Doctor if you can get your insurance to help home health.
