Guest guest
I have congenital stenosis, low back surgery, calcium build-up in the hips and was in a car accident among everything else. As soon as I started feeling better I got attacked by a mental bum. doctor says I may have pulled the carriage muscles on my left side. So it is like the muscles that connect the neck to the collar bone and down my chest. Affects my face, neck, shoulder, arm, chest, and side. Insurance got Obamafied and they won't pay for physical therapy this time. Has anyone else out there had this and been to physical therapy? What exercises were recommended? I've maxed on the ibuprofen, flexoril, and vicodin. Stomach started bleeding. I now just drink a lot of hard liquor when I can. Still have to drive and work so can't get any let up on pain until weekends except have to work this weekend. hence, why I'm up writing after 1AM. Any PT advice would be greatly appreciated.
