FAKING IT-should be Horrors we live with

While my parents are sadly long gone, they did sent up a living trust with the

lawyer as the administrator. Sadly the psychopath I was married too stole over

150,000.00 from the trust. Since the AHOLE did not work and all he received was

DIB and VA benefits and they are untouchable. So as a result all the monies

that my parents set up for me, an only child and beneficiary as well as my 4

kids, well I did not inherit.

The trust pays quarterly and the kids get their full amount at 25. Meanwhile

the monies I was to receive are paid back into the trust since I was the only

one who had guaranteed income, (from the trust) so the court and the lawyer took

everything I was suppose to get and now I have to pay back all he stole, (since

we were married at the time).

There is no Legal Aid for probate matters and I can not afford to pay an

attorneys so I will never inherit any monies and the home we were suppose to

live in we were evicted from,, (by the lawyer) so we were left homeless in

Florida. Thank heaven my oldest had some money and he and his friend rescued us.

So if there are any of you who stand to inherit any money from parents, and or

homes or property, make sure your name is on that property. I have other

suggestions if any one is in that boat. Believe me, I learned the hard way and

my Mom had ALZEHEMERS so there was little I could do legally when I found out

what was going on!
