Oh Keaven, I am so sorry; what a miserable situation.

The only thing I suggest is based on my own experience from years ago: try

shoving the thing (the hemmorhoid) WAY back in. At the time even the THOUGHT

of doing something like that was abhorrant and " disgusting, " but in sheer

desperation, I tried it, and it worked like a charm. I learned that shoving it

back in worked ONLY if I really really pushed it as far back up as my

finger(s)'s length would allow, and it's stayed put all these years later.

Oh golly I HOPE you can find this relief...
