Guest guest
I have a pair (not reeboks' but similar in style) and I LOVE THEM. I was worried too, since I have RSD and Fibro as well as a herniated disk, but I would absolutely NOT wear anything else. I don't see this " weight loss " they've talked about, but the way they fit makes it better for me feet. I will warn you that most of the ones I've seen have NO traction on tile or linoleum, and if you walk normally, then going backwards take a little getting used to. BUT, they are great. (or similar) Hi Steve - I haven't tried them myself, but I've got a perfectly healthy friend who did and they gave her terrible shin splints! I have to think that normal walking with normal athletic shoes would be safer. And despite their claims, no shoe is going to make you lose weight or improve your shape over and above simple walking. So what's the point? I wouldn't risk it myself. Cheryl in AZ Moderator
Guest guest
Hi, I have a similar product called " Fitflops " and I swear by them. I am unable to wear them at the moment as I had an accident and broke my ankle. Nothing to do with the Fitflops themselves. My ankle gave out when I least expected it to, Most GP's and Orthopedic doctors suggest them here, as it is a natural position for your foot to be in. I know there are a few company's here in the UK that sell " work-out " while you walk shoes. The ones I got are supposed to make your brain them and if your body don't like them, then stop using them.
