On the days I feel good, I'm able to go to the store, etc. Then for the next few days, it's sitting in the barker lounger watching " Law & Order " reruns. The meds keep me relatively in the tolerable pain state, but I have to limit my activity drastically, during this down time. It feels that only time will alleviate the situation. > > I just wanted to say " hi " to the group and I appreciate having a place to discuss chronic pain, and not fear it won't be covered by insurance. > Welcome Rick, There are many of us here that have worked in the medical field and I agree, I never thought I would be where the patients I treated were. The members here are great and their experiences help a lot. They come from all walks of life to show that pain doesn't care who it strikes and I have learned from many. I hope you have less pain. I am a Law and Order junkie and miss Lenny's remarks. I watch CSI sometimes and the ID channel and the Classic Network for diversion. Welcome again. Guest guest
Hi Rick I know what you are going through as one of my chronic pain problems is my back, but also I have constant pain in both feet and legs and pain in arms. Like you, I have my good and then bad days. I found wearing a back brace helps a bit, but yeah back pain is hard as your everymovement works the back. I hope your back can be fixed and one day have a pain free life.
