Hi and welcome! Glad you joined the group. This is a great group of people.

I am sorry to hear you are dealing with pain versus functioning. I can

understand the daily struggle. My children are now adults, but it is hard for

me that I can not be as active with my grandchildren as I would like to be.

I went for many years undiagnoised during the years my children were teens. It

is a challenging time and you do need all your wits!

I hope you find some suggestions to help you manage better.

Hi Tami,

Thanks for the welcome. I am sorry to hear you are missing out on a few things

with your grandchildren due to your pain. It is a hard thing but unfortunately a

fact in our lives. I am glad to have my husband home every night now, it really

does help and my girls have the ability to participate in more programs as he

drops and picks them up. My girls are trying to be understanding but it hurts my

heart to not be able to do everything with them.

But life is what you make of it so I try to remember to enjoy everything I can

and even if I have to sit on the side as long as they are happy, I am.
