Guest guest
After an auto accident we had a older couple come to our home telling us about Jesus and the Jehovah Witness church. After they left our neighbor who was a police officer asked why we had private detectives at our door - he knew them well. Then we had a van parked down the street and I noticed when I walked by it there was a camera port in the side wall. We were also filmed in the grocery store - good thing I did not pick up that huge gallon of milk and they filmed us going into church. When I rolled the garbage can to the curb we saw a man 15 minutes later lifting the can to judge it's weight and then taking photos. SSD won't do this, this is insurance company tactics. Guest guest
Yep. They went thru my garbage, too. Only thing was all my trash was in little Walmart bags. I need to decide if I am going to pay a lawyer $2,500 or so to collect $6,000 until I get SSDI. I'm battle weary, though I did get my MRIs in today. RR, Oh, the insurance companies do this but SSD will be contacted with the information as the private long term disabilities subtract your SSD out of their monies they are giving you and they both know what each other have on file. Ellen, I hope you win and you get every bit of reactive information. My long term disability subtracted my SSD and then my small pitfall amount I subtracted out to survive from my job as the pension was not vested but they did not tell me I had the choice of taking one hundred fifty dollars a month or total amount and since I did not take the one hundred fifty dollars a month and lump sum, they are deducting it and in November I will have " paid them my money back " . Now, I had no income and had to do something but did not have this deducted until six months later and could I think of anything else I could have reported as income. The guy that hit me and had no car insurance (he bought it for six months to get new car and then dropped it). I had a totaled car paying towing fees, rental lot on it as almost one hundred a day. The guy had to pay a three hundred dollars fine. I did report him to driver's responsibility program and he could not renew his drivers license a year later. Well, I had to sue my car insurance company and take the guy to civil court he did not show up so a year later he showed up with a five thousand dollar check (the most you can sue for) as he doesn't have any money (his words). His car was brand new and didn't take much to fix and he told me he prayed for me all the time. Well, hurrying up to go home and pulling out in front of people to so and ruining their life is something to consider when we are driving. Sure, talking on a phone, texting, and other things are important, but it is not worth your lives or others. I may be one of those " old drivers " who does not go seventy miles per hour but as my Mother would say when a driver would cut her off and almost cause an accident " Go ahead, Hell is not half full " . I never knew what she meant until I was involved with a permanent accident. Just use the same tricks but get a rapport with the case manager assigned to you from your insurance company. I actually state, " Is there some reason you do not want me to have insurance I have paid for ? Don't you think I would want to make three times what you are offering ? I hope you never have any problems like I have ! " Remember they also tape the conversations you have with them. Something I did not know but glad they did. I guess I did duel with them a lots and my general medicine and pain management doctor. Now they just type in the code to the insurance company as nothing changes. It is a lot of work up front but worth it it

Tell them that you put e. coli in your trash from you toilet bowel as it stops up so they might get it on them if they touch it. Get the lists of of advocates for SSDI listed on your appeal letter and check with the local advocates support. Bennie
