Hey , what do you need to know about healthgrades? I have been using that site for a long time, now I just go to www.healthgrades.com and I click on "physicians" it will take you to a place where you search for a doctor by name and state, then you get to click on "your opinion" and you fill out the form and then submit it, then you receive a confirmation email from them that you just have to click reply and then send. Hope this helps!! I can't remember, but I may have had to register to be able to rate the doctors.
