Lori,

There is a thrush rinse mouthwash sold at Walgreens and it helps when I get

chleating in the cracks in the corners of my mouth(indicative of thrush)

The Yeast Connection is a great book that assist you with diet etc. My

allergist put me on a yeast free diet which essentially, don't eat anything

white.

Sugar, bread, and pickled food, beer, wine and others " feed your yeast " . When I

crave these, I know I have an increase yeast production.

I had a yeast infection in my bowels causing Irritable Bowel Syndrome with

constipation.

I was placed on Nystatin (been around a long time) and also Fuconsol(sp) and

made sure I took acidolopheus with live yeast or eat the yogurt with live yeast.

The main culprit for me was pickled item and lunch meats have the nitrates that

should be avoided.

This will take awhile and it does not clear up immediately. I was introduced to

this when I was treat by an allergist ten years ago.

Also, the PH of you body needs to be more acidic and I know someone wrote about

vinegar and water with vinegar will help also.

I got this so bad that it was picked up in a blood test. I would ask you Doctor

if they feel comfortable prescribing an anti-fungal and my recent Doctor

gave me three weeks of Fluconisel which helped immensely and gave me a jump

start.

The Yeast Connection is a downloadable e book for a price but it is worth it.

Good Luck ! Bennie
