Pain my left knee

Hi All,

  

I went to see an Orthopedic Dr on September 21st.  The Dr. said I

may had torn a cartilage in my left knee.  Oh boy!  I'm waiting for the Dr's

office to call me once they get the authorization for MRI.  This is no fun.  I

feel like I'm cripple. I sometime can't walk at

all.

  

In July I had surgery on my right ankle. That is healing well and

I'm going to Physical Therapy 3 times a week. But the therapist wants me to

walk from my car to their office (on the 2ND  floor).  That is quite a walk for

me and tired me out even after I'm done with PT.

   

Finally I'm getting the caregiver to come 4 times a week.  Hooray hooray!!! The

time I finish PT and get home the caregiver have to leave.  They maybe can do 1

or 2 things before we go to PT. So I'm having them come Mon, Wed, and Fri for PT

and then Sat to clean

my apartment. That is the update on me. Any feedback is welcome.
