I'm so glad you got those identified and now know how to prevent them.  I know

at times when bananas get over ripe and other fruits as well, they will have

fruit flies.  Generally that's when I toss the fruit out.  Now I only buy a

small amount of fresh fruit that we'll eat up quickly.

It's just good to know how you can get rid of maggots.

Maybe it would be a good idea to pull up the carpet and throw it away. Have you

talked to your doctor

about the respiratory issues? She might want to look inside your lungs to be

sure they are free of anything.
