4:30 AM??? You mean people are awake at that time? Yuck! LOL.

So far I stick to my neighborhood (I live on Viens St) but it's yucky to

walk on the roads here now because they've just put all that loose oily

stone down. So I'm thinking about hitting the trail. I don't

know if I'll ever make a 4:30 AM though he he he. Maybe a 6 AM before

Jody goes to work. But 4:30? I'm still safe in dreamland

good 5 - 6 month wait for surgery, but I'm learning to start making

changes now. That way is will be old habit when the day finally
