Guest guest
Hi All, I had a really nice time being away. My anxiety was low and it was super. I think the amitripyline is taking a bit of the edge of the pain off in the morning but then I slide down the rest of the day to my usual. I am going to go up to the full 50mg on Thursday and see if I can get a bit more relief. The thing I am distressed about is that once I woke this morning I was in panic. I am no longer surrounded by lots of RV campers and not going to see more historical places. I have had to repeat to myself " breathe, relax, everything will be alright. " I think being back and no longer having the time off on that mini break has gotten to me and I am scared. The usual in other words has me on edge. Yuck. Hopefully typing this all out to the group will help this ease its way out and bye bye. Christy

Hi Christy I hope the amitriptyline increase helps. Do you see a counselor about your panic issues? If not I highly recommend it.
