Demograpahic Winter or Spring?

Friends,

I was wanting some direction towards resources for studying whether

world wide populations are increasing or declining; I believe it is

completely clear that Western, liberal populations are declining at

astonishing rates.

Of late, I have came across strong proponets of both views (the movie,

demographic winter for instance, but then claims in Chelsea Green and

other books) regarding world wide population, and I wanted to better

understand the issue and who is being honest or who is just ill

informed.
