You Tube has some great videos that show you " self myofascial exercises " for different parts of the bodies and I use a tennis ball to get the area of of spasm. Of course, I am not a Doctor and everyone should check with your Doctor or get a referral with a trained " myofascial release " trained physical therapy and get a good evaluation and home program.
