I found it interesting that they said alcohol has a similar effect and then started to wonder if people who have a " nightcap " have less of an incidence of autoimmune disorders than the rest of the population. I'd guess alcoholics wouldn't count as they mess up their body chemistry by staying permanently on the stuff, while the low-dose naltrexone thing is only supposed to act on the body for around 2 hours, right?
