Guest guest
I did notice it wasn't on the recommended brands but the serving size is 1 tsp with Vitamin A 4615 IU and Vitamin D 462 IU. a 1:10 ratio which I believe WAPF recommends. --- In , " carolyn_graff " <zgraff@...> wrote: > > it is not one of the recommended brands. how much A and D is in a serving size? what is the > serving size? Guest guest
so you are having to take twice as much clo in order to get similar amounts of A and D vs. taking 1/2 tsp. of the Green Pastures clo. it would be best to take the Green Pastures brand in order to limit your PUFA's. Even better would be to take the Green Pastures fermented clo since the serving size is even smaller - 1/5 tsp. > > > > it is not one of the recommended brands. how much A and D is in a > serving size? what is the > > serving size? >
