That sucks! Wash, peel and cook? Apple pie is delicious, apple cider is

good too (especially mulled this time of year)!

And keep in mind your apples were probably pooped on (by birds and whatnot)

while they were still on the tree.

Hi,

 

I suggest washing them then soaking it couple hours in food grade hydrogen

peroxyde mixed with water, which will kill any parasite and bad bug and

oxygenate the apples, making them last longer.  If you don't feel like cooking

it.
