Here is the recipe. I don't know, but I wouldn't count on it. Why not just skip the egg white and only include the yolk? That's where the vast majority of the nutrients are anyway. I was going to see what it would do to pre-digest it. Individuals who have used it stay they feel replenished after using it post workout. However, I have no scientific evidence to back this up.
