Guest guest
I am looking for a good whole food/natural multivitamin without iron (is that wise?). Any suggestions here? Also, what about a good Vit E supplement? And what do you guys give your children as a good whole food vitamin? Nanette L.

Guest guest
Here is an all natural food based product. It costs $100. It comes out to be about $50 a month if you only take 3 tspns a day and only take it on the week days. It's worth it though. It's filled with digestive enzymes, probiotics, vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, healthy fats, fruits, vegetables, sea vegetables, trace minerals, antioxidants, herbs, and up to 240 different plants. It's amazing how much was put into just one tablespoon. Guest guest
I know that Sally Fallon say's she doesn't believe multi-vitamins a good thing. I think because it may not be balanced for your particular body; not sure. I found out that red palm oil has the full spectrum of Vit E so put a spoonful in my serving of rice, oatmeal or whatever I'm having. I never know for sure if I'm doing the right things so just hope things work and I'm not doing more harm than good. Just can't sit by and do nothing. I think most people join this group because of health issues and not just because good nutrition sounds good. I never talk to anyone who thinks they are in decent health who wants to hear anything about nutrition.
