Updated Lifestyle Plan based on Weston A. Price Foundation

I put beef suet as a fat source in the Pemmican.

I'm basing this off of a bodybuilder type diet.

The lifestyle habits and the eating habits are based off of cheetas

and some species of gorillas. They don't move around much or expend

too much energy, but when they do it is very intense. I am to

believe gorillas are very big strong creatures. Many of them don't

eat meat. They mostly consume eggs and insects for their protein

sources. I eat the most protein and fat during the most active time

of the day.

Initially the food cost is $1200. After all is said and done the

cost averages out to about $400 a month for food. I buy everything

in bulk so I save 50% on everything with this strategy. It's a big

investment. The combined cost just for the equipment is $5000.

This is just conceptual right now. When I can actually afford to do

this I will get into it. This plan might look completely different

within a month. I based the fundamental foundation on a Weston A.

Price style nutrition plan set for bodybuilding type activities.

It's got some quantum physics and modern techniques in it too. This

diet consists of moderate protein, moderate fat, higher carb,

healthfully prepared, high fermented foods.

I might add kimchi, sauerkraut, kombucha, EM1 cultured with molasses

and maybe rice bran, or beet kvass in the future replacing some of

this food.

My produce is seasonal and purchased from local farmers markets. My

produce is organic and pesticide free.

My meat is fed the correct foods, free range, hormone and antibiotic

free.

All my nuts, oats, legumes, grains, and vegetables are soaked in

water. My nuts, oats, legumes, and grains are also sprouted. My

vegetables are lightly steamed.

I will be using personal hygiene products. I will get a

Genisis bioelectricshield necklace to protect against electromagnetic

waves. I will get eternal youth 5000 water filter. I might look

into different air filters if the one I have is insufficient. I will

buy various equipment for cooking, sprouting, and fermenting. I will

chew on xylitol gum so my breath doesn't stink from all the raw

fermented food.

I will fast on Sundays and consume absolutely nothing on that day.

I will lift weights three times a week performing a high intensity

circuit training routine with negatives, superslow, failure. Each

workout will be 20 minutes long. I will also jog/sprint two times a

week 10 minutes each time. This may change over time as this routine

is based purely on experience and intuition.

The two books I primarily used with Nourishing Traditions by Sally

Fallon and Vitamins, Minerals, Herbs, and more by Pamela Wartian. I

also used Vinny Pinto's site www.rawpaleodiet.com

I get everything cheaper on Amazon, www.bulkfoods.com, and

www.vitacost.com
