I cannot afford a new one, but I know that they make balance-balls that are flat on the bottom and I have seen them on the Internet; I have thought about getting one of those and putting it on my chair and sitting on it--then it would not just help with the height, but also with my posture. >About the angled v-shaped book holder, do you know where I can find one of those? Hi My daughter loves her balance-ball, especially to do back stretches. She is a teacher, and spends a considerable amount of time online, and it helps then too. She also, gets massages at the local massage therapy school. It's much cheaper. Here is a site for book holders, I have never bought anything there, but they look handy. Several also have lights. http://www.bookmatestore.com/ Kaylene

Several also have lights. http://www.bookmatestore.com/ Kaylene , Kaylene, thanks for this site. I love the magnifiers on this site. My husband bought me a light that plugs in through my USB insert on the site of my laptop and adjusts so that works for my laptop and then a clip on for my books so I can read them at night. I saw a lady with her Kindle reading her book and I really liked it as it did not have glare like I thought it would. I do not read much anymore and most things I read I do it through my laptop so that is what I appreciate. Amazon .com and Office Max, Office Depot, Staples, and bookstores have them along with the clip on lights that clip on books for easier reading. Hope you can find the one that works for you. I have used crutch pads to elevate my chair for my desk. The kind that go on crutches. I typed in chair height adjustors and there were many on the websites from eighty-one cents to others. When you go to You Tube and type in c spine self myofascial exercises, it gives you great information and examples. There are many balls that you can use as " balance balls " depending on what you are going to do. This website : http://life.gaiam.com/guides/balance-ball-and-ball-chair-faqs-reviews-tips explains the types, how to use them etc. I was evaluated by my myofascial physical therapist and I can use tennis balls as my exercises are for a generalized area and it puts pressure to release the area. Hope you find relief . Bennie
