I cannot reference this. Anybody know what it is?

Aggressive expansile lytic lesions involving the distal interphalangeal joint of

the right ring finger. Soft tissue swelling is noted as well. This joint does

not display the s/l pathopneumonic erosions with sclerotic borders but this

somewhat atypical picture could be due to the underlying

osteopenia/osteoporosis, formation of intraosseous tophi, and chronic treatment,

which would reduce the size of the soft tissue tophi (bone changes are

irreversible).
