I'm having pain and need to vent

Hi All,

I'm in a lot of pain.  I called the Dr's office yesterday and the

lady said if I have infection or my ankle is swelling then I can see the Dr. But

the Dr. will not write out a prescription because I will have surgery on July

13th (6

more days). 

I told the receptionist that I think the metal move and is irritating the ankle.

If the pain is really bad then go to the ER. Right I was there on July 3rd and

was in and out so fast. I got Percocet and boot to wear. 

Most of the time I just elevated my ankle and do nothing but be a couch potato.

On good days I can do some things but not too long or

I will have  pain and it will last a day or two. 

I have zero tolerance of pain.  I don't know what to do. Any feedback will

be appreciated.
