I don't want to be mean, but who cares? There's no way to determine this

just by watching a video. I understand your point that it could be caused

by B12 deficiency, but that can't be determined from a video.

Yeah I can appreciate the " who cares " sentiment--it's not like I'm a fan.

You do raise an interesting point though. In the field of psychiatry,

observation of behavior is a common diagnostic technique. But as we're

finding out more and more psychiatric conditions are either caused by

or aggravated by nutritional deficiencies.

Thus it's not completely far fetched to diagnose a nutrient deficiency

from watching a video. But obviously a blood test is far more accurate.

Also considering his profession and his family history, it's highly

likely that drugs or alcohol are involved as well.
