Guest guest
I have a toy poodle and keep him slightly furry during winter and shaved down to skin during the summer. people think he is a retriever puppy that's well behaved. Those traditional cuts were used to protect the dogs joints and other stuff when water hunting for fowl. So check the history of why your dogs cut like it is and then decide for your self.
