Guest guest
there's are article this morning from Jane Brody -- proclaiming Yup, HFCS is bad, sugar not much better and the solution is: aspartame sp? can't believe NYT is peddling this crap... I have heard that Jane Brody, like Oprah, has a myriad of health problems...wondering if any one has any information on this? She is considered a health guru by many and would love to have the facts around her situation to help combat her poor advice.

Guest guest
Jane Brody is right up there with the worst advice of all time. Dr. Eades had a commentary when she went on statins due to her elevated cholesterol due to her low fat lifestyle. Curious as to why you can't believe the NYT would peddle " this crap. " -- It doesn't matter how many people don't get it. What matters is how many people do. If you have a strong informed opinion, don't keep it to yourself. Try and help people and make the world a better place. If you strive to do anything remotely interesting, just expect a small percentage of the population to always find a way to take it personally. F*ck 'em.
