Guest guest
hi all, he just returned my call. he gave me a blog spot that one of his friend's runs for him: bezian.blogspot.com. he said he attended an LA WAPF conference a few years back and is hoping that we go to LA again. I don't think he leaves his bread! He said he cannot make enough bread for the demand, but would never be able to w/ the process he uses. He gives lectures locally in LA area about fermentation, bread baking, and gluten so he said this would be the best way for us to learn more. he says he has no time for the internet! i am looking forward to reading his blog.
