Guest guest
Okay here they are: Is nitrate free bacon and pork products okay to use? What about the way they affect the blood? Is lard the same? I make my own kombucha. when i am using it, my candida is kept at bay. Will I need to drink it forever? Or will my intertinal flora stabilize eventually? In nourishing traditions, the lacto-fermented foods contain a LOT of salt. If I lower the salt content, will it still turn out okay? Okay i think that is it - for now... The diet of farm raised pigs appears to make their meat noticeably higher in polyunsaturated fat than, say, beef. I am not sure about wild boar meat, although that would presumably be very expensive. Guest guest
Is the polyunsaturated fat the only problem with pork? I thought it altered the blood in some way. > > > Okay here they are: > > Is nitrate free bacon and pork products okay to use? What about the way > > they affect the blood?
