I am 29 yrs old and have 3 kids. I am scared and have no idea what to do. > > , Pegi is right and if any of us (me included) tell you what to do its usually based on our experiences or what we found. I am disabled and stay bedbound and have been in the medical field over thirty years starting out as a x ray tech, worked at a cancer center, hospital and as regular x-ray tech and joined the military as recruiter met and married my husband went overseas, got commissioned and became a Medical Officer, went to Jewish Hospital Nursing School finished my Masters in Management there at Websters also while having my son and working with disabled children o-3 as service provider, had to move back to Texas quickly as my Mom came to visit us and got very ill so back to Texas our home sooner than we thought. My husband starting interviewing and the first job they said can you be there in three weeks, he went, I came afterwards. I flew down and over four days I saw eighty something houses and on the way out found a spec home and it has been our home since 1998, the longest we have been . My Mother died in 2004, I graduated with a Masters in Special Education as Nursing was hard on my back and I finished my degree while doing intership on Tues through Thursday, then I drove down Friday to relieve my Mom's nurse. I drove back, went to work, and drove thrity five miles two nights to finish my classes. The drive to Mom and Dad's was six hours and their farm I brought the dogs to. I still try to get to my Dad's who is 92. I have had a three level spinal fusion with instrumentation and had auto wreck afterwards when a guy pulled out in front of me without insurance and I was coming from physical therapy. I was approved for disability the first time as I had FMLA (Limited duty if needed) and my job asked that I get evaluated as they thought I just couldn't work anymore. I used to go cry in my car at lunch or lock my classroom and lie on the floor for relief. I worked with Emotional Disturbed students and had to go to classrooms when they were out of control and des esculate them. I also had long term disability and you know, I never marked that box but did in 2003 and glad I did. I have had bad doctors that misdiagnosised me but that's in the past. Usually if your body has a little on light says call Doctor, then its fine to call the nurse better than not to. The members here are great and so are the moderators and they always help you out if you have a question how to format. You will notice a lot of us have e-mails composed in the middle of the night etc as when you are in pain you rarely sleep. Oh I have fibromylagia that triggered itself after some auto immune problems and this is known to co exist so it probably a right diagnosis there. I keep it in check if I have good sleep. Welcome again and hope you the best. Bennie
