Guest guest
Well, probably glucosamine and chondroitin didn't work for the author because they need to be sulfated, and the author is sulfur deficient. I have taken MSM (one or two bottles) and it did seem to help with joint pain, but going gluten free helped me more. I actually tried the msm just because I wanted my father to try it- not only does he have cripling arthritis, but also obvious trouble with the sulfation pathways in his liver. Like I said, it did seem to make a difference, even in a short trial, but I decided to focus on sulfur from foods and end the trial, since I couldn't convince him to take it regularly, and hadn't heard anyone else's educated opinion about it. Oh, it's cheap here: http://www.bulkmsm.com/bulkmsm/index.html desh ____________________________________________________________ Click here to find experienced pros to help with your home improvement project. http://thirdpartyoffers.juno.com/TGL2141/fc/PnY6rw2eRI2UapvMC77Cq5TZKbo5XFSCms37\ 6zMsN8vYyBx88LLMq/
