Is there something else relatively > healthy I can use to emulsify the coconut oil? The way I have avoided the chunk problem is to make sure all my ingredients are room temperature and then slowly drizzle the melted oil through the top of the blender or food processor. I do the same with honey or it will clump up as well. I can even do it when the temperatures are cooler this way, but your mileage may vary. -- In the religious perspective, none of us " owns " his own body. Rather, we are the stewards of them, and God is the ultimate " owner " of each of us. But this concerns only the relation between man and Deity. As far as the relationship between man and man, however, the secular statement that we own our own bodies has an entirely different meaning. It refers to the claim that we each have free will; that no one person may take it upon himself to enslave another, even for the latter's " own good. Guest guest
I just melt the coconut oil and slowly add it to the ingredients in the blender. I've never had a problem with chunks of the coconut oil even though I use all of the ingredients fresh out of the fridge.
