Lots of scientific rigor there. Perhaps she thinks that butter magically

causes wheat not to force the cells on the tips of the villi to turn

over, or that butter magically makes casein more digestible.

Yes, I was rather annoyed about this too. I wrote a bit about my

concerns regarding Sally's advice when this was posted on the

discussingnt group, but in the end never posted it. Without knowing

exactly what she was writing in response to, it's hard to say for sure

if this advice is as irresponsible as it seems at first blush .. but

it certainly does concern me.
