Perhaps she thinks that butter magically causes wheat not to force the cells on the tips of the villi to turn over, or that butter magically makes casein more digestible. Bah. I wrote a bit about my concerns regarding Sally's advice when this was posted on the discussingnt group, but in the end never posted it.
