Guest guest
We've been talking about anti-inflammatory diets. I have a book called, " Anti-cancer: A New Way of Life. " It describes several types of diets that fight inflammation, toxicity, etc., as well as how cells respond to stress -- oh, heck, I am a terrible book reviewer. Anyway, I think it would be helpful even if you have not had cancer. It was written by a doctor who was diagnosed with brain cancer, and once he recovered, he started a search on the right way to eat, exercise, work, etc. The author is Servan-Schreiber, MD, PhD. It helps to know about them. I would have never thought avocodos but I love them. With my anti fungal diet I have to stay away from all white foods and it is similiar to them all. It helps to have lots of options and chose the ones that you have foods you like. Bennie
